Under the direction of John Ranney, the 60-voice choir will present two spring concerts entitled The Civil War and Beyond: a Tribute to Veterans. Guest performers/conductors/composers from Toronto, Minnesota, Rehoboth Beach and Lewes will join the Choral Society and the Chesapeake Brass Band in a varied program of patriotic, spiri- tual and folk music. All singers are welcome and no auditions are required. Talented high school singers are especially encouraged to participate. The concert season is being underwritten in large part by the Delaware Division of the Arts and the Sussex County Council.
