STEVEN BILLUPS PHOTOS NEW YEAR'S EVE REVELERS CELEBRATED the arrival of 2011 at various venues throughout theCape Region on Dec. 31. The sober New Year's Eve dinner and dance organized by various local community members took place at Epworth United Methodist Church in Rehoboth Beach. The party drew a large crowd of celebrants from the ages of 3 to 83. Dancing to the mu- ":~c of DJ J.T. Cruise are Trent Jones and Kristen Minter in Epworth's fellowship hall. Lucky to have a place at the bar at the Starboard are Ellen Callahan and Scoff Avery from Maryland. Celebrating New Year's Eve at the Starboard one week prior to their Dressed in their holiday outfits at the Rusty Rudder The gathered crowd at the Starburst Gala cheers as the countdown t(~ 2011 begins. wedding are Kathy Booth of Lewes and Richard Dorpy. are Jen Halloran and Jeff Terry from Virginia Beach.
