NEW YEAR'S EVE REVELERS CELEBRATED the arrival of 2011 at various venues throughout theCape Region on Dec. 31.
The sober New Year's Eve dinner and dance organized by various local community members took place at Epworth United
Methodist Church in Rehoboth Beach. The party drew a large crowd of celebrants from the ages of 3 to 83. Dancing to the mu-
