Mail in the Lewes Polar Bear Plunge Pre-Registration Form with $10 to Special Olympics Delaware. The $10 counts towards your $50 total pledge and will guarantee your sweatshirt will be avail- able the day of the plunge. All polar bears (whether or not they are pre-registered) must check-in/register at the event on either Feb. 2nd at Crabber's Cove (6-9 p.m.) OR Feb. 3rd at the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand & the Boardwalk (10 a.m. - plunge) 2. Solicit contributions from family, friends or businesses. 3. MINIMUM total contributions per Polar Bear is $50. 4. Bring all monies collected to the event. Please note: If you are under the age of 18, the Plunge Waiver Form must be signed by parent or guardian. 5. ATTIRE: swimsuit ONLY. No T-shirts or wet suits! 6.
