Obituaries William A. Simpler, duct work installer William Avrack Simpler, age 70, of Lewes, died Tuesday, Jan. 7, 1997, of heart failure at Beebe Medical Center, Lewes. Mr. Simpler retired from Megee Plumbing and Heating in George- town as a duct work installer in 1991 after 18 years of service. He is survived by a brother, Raymond Simpler of Rehoboth Beach; and three sisters, Goldia Maloney, Bonita Springs, Fla., Geraldine DeLoy and Mary Wil- son, both of Rehoboth Beach. Services and burial were private and arrangements were made by Parsell Funeral Homes and Cre- matorium, Lewes. Kelly Sue Lindale, medical assistant Kelly Sue Lindale, age 32, of Milford, died Sunday, Jan. 5, 1997 due to injuries sustained in a skydiving accident in Bushnell, Fla. Ms. Lindale was a 1982 gradu- ate of Milford High School and a 1987 graduate of the University of Delaware. She had recently com- pleted training at Delaware Tech- nical & Community College and became licensed as a medical as- sistant. She had worked at Milford Memorial Hospital and for several doctors' offices in Rehoboth. She was an avid bicyclist. She was preceded in death by her mother, Joyce Austin Lindale, who died in 1983. She is survived by her father and stepmother, Clifford S. and Lorraine Lindale of Milford; her paternal grandfather Harry Lin- dale of Milford; and her fiancE, Keith May of Milford. Services were held at the Lofland Funeral Home, Milford, with burial in Barratt's Chapel Cemetery. Ralph B. Jones, retired dentist Ralph B. Jones, age 88, of Re- hoboth Beach, died Monday, Jan. 6, 1997 in Beebe Medical Center in Lewes. Dr. Jones, a 1931 graduate of Temple University Dental School, practiced dentistry in Smyrna from 1933 until 1969. He was a member of the Ameri- can, Delaware and Kent/Sussex County dental societies. He served on the Board of Dental Examiners for Delaware from 1955 to 1965, and served as its president from 1959 to 1965. Dr. Jones served as a first lieu- tenant and later as a captain in the U.S. Army Air Corps from 1942 to 1945. He was a 50 year member of American Legion Post 14, Smyrna, and was a past member and past president of the Smyrna Rotary. Jones of Felton; and three grandchildren, Kelly Snow de- Lange, Tiffany L. Evans and Rourke B. Jones. Service and burial were private. Contributions are suggested to the Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company, Rehoboth Beach. Ollie F. Loose, former Smyrna postmaster Ollie F. Loose, age 89, of Smyr- na, died Sunday, Jan. 7, 1997 of heart failure in Harbor Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Lewes. Mr. Loose worked for the U.S. Postal Service as postmaster in Smyrna for several years before his retirement in 1972. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, and was a member of the American Legion David C. Harrison Post 14 in Smyrna. Mr. Loose is survived by his wife, Elsie; two grandchildren, Kevin R. Boyer of Smyrna and Thea Gilbo of Lake Hill, N.Y.; and a son-in-law, Kenneth Boyer of Rehoboth Beach. Services will be today at 2 p.m. at the Faries Funeral Chapel, 29 South Main Street, Smyrna, where friends may call one hour before the service. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Smyrna. Contemporary Sofa Mary Ethel Loose Arnold, Odessa homemaker Mary Ethel Loose Arnold, age 86, of Odessa, died Friday, Jan. 3, 1997 of heart failure in Kent Gen- eral Hospital. Mrs. Arnold was a homemaker and a member and a member of Friendship Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Daniel G. Arnold; two daughters, Mary Jane Davis of Dover and Betty Thomas of Marshallton; two stepsons, Ronald Ray Arnold of Mif- flintown, Pa., and Larry Lee Arnold, address unknown; daugh- ter, Mary Shirk of Mifflintown, Pa.; a sister, Alma Peters of Las Vegas; a brother Ollie F. Loose of Lewes; 21 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Services will be held at a later date. Willis N. Buchman, Dover machinist Willis N.
