Having just joined the fashion jewelry business, local adviser Brenda Hazzard of Lewes earned the accomplishment in the f'trst 15 weeks by attaining certain sales levels and by sharing lia sophia with other new advisers. "This immediate success is a result of their hard work and ded- ication," said lia sophia Vice President Bonni Davis. "Lia sophia is fortunate to have Brenda as part Of our team and we look forward to celebrating her future successes." Lia sophia also recognized Jennifer Lester as a monthly achiever. Lester, who is ranked among the top sales representa- tives in the organization, is now part of an elite group of company advisers and managers who have been acknowledged for their out- standing jewelry gales efforts. "We're so pleased to applaud Jennifer Lester's personal achievements in sales," said lia Cadbury adds two.to management team in Lewes. - Cadbury recently hired two new managers for the Lewes office. Francis Glynn, director of facilities and grounds, comes to Cadbury from the Methodist Country House in Greenville. Glynn has 20 years of experience in facilities, operations and the environmental field. He also serves as a member of the 913th Security Forces Squadron in the USAF Reserves, serving as first sergeant. Carol Holzman, director of res= ident services, joined the staff Jan. 2. Holzman will be working closely with residents as they pre- pare to move into their new Cadbury homes. After graduating from the University of Delaware, Holzman GLYNN HOLZMAN pursued a career in sales, market- ing and management with com- puter and telecommunications companies. After the birth of her two children, she taught for 10 years in a Montessori setting.
