Molly Steinle to wed Stephen Kristofak Mr. and Mrs. F. Richard Steinle Sr., of Pawcatuck, Conn., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Molly Brooke, of West Hartford, Conn., to Stephen John Kristofak, also of West Hartford. Miss Steinle is also the granddaughter of Mrs. Hubbard S. Ruoff of Wilmington and the late Henry C. Steinle, also of Wilmington. She is also the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Owens Jr., of Rehoboth Beach. Mr. Kristofak is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen G. Kristo- fak Jr., of Farmington, Conn., and the grandson of Mrs. John M. Kelly of West Hartford, Conn., and the late John M. Kelly also of West Hartford. He is also the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Stephen G. Kristofak Sr., of Farmington, Conn. Miss Steinle is a 1989 graduate of Stonington High School, Stenington, Conn., and a 1993 graduate of Springfield College, Springfield, Mass., with a B.A. in English. She also received a master of arts in special education from St. Joseph College, West Hartford, Conn., in 1996. She is employed by the West Hartford School System. Mr. Kristofak is a 1984 graduate of Northwest Catholic High School, West Hartford, Conn., and received a B,. in history from Providence College, Providence, R.I., in 1989. He is the owner of Frame to Finish in West Hartford, Conn. A summer 1998 wedding is planned. Balancing Work and Family forum topic at Del Tech The Delaware Commission for Women will present "Balancing Work and Family," an interactive video forum, on Friday, Jan. 23, from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the three campuses of Delaware Technical & Community College. The forum is designed to address the critical issues of working women, including balancing mul- tiple tasks and responsibilities, child care, and employment and gender equity. The keynote speaker is Faith Wohl, president of Child Care Ac- tion Campaign, who will speak on "Women's Issues in the Struggle Between Work and Families." Additional speakers include Dr. Ileana N. Smith, whose address Alternatives for Happy Mothers and Children"; and Marilyn Parks, whose topic will be "Employment and Gender Equity: What We Can Do." Audiences will interact with the speakers via fax. Site panel discussions will follow the pre- sentations to engage audiences at each respective forum location. Panelists at the Owens Campus site in Georgetown are Wendy Bernstein, an instructor in Early Childhood Education at Delaware Tech; Lynda Messick, president and chief operating officer of Delaware National Bank; State Rep.
