Waters is a native Delawar- ean and has been connected to this area since childhood. She decided to become a real estate profes- sional upon selling her Tan Delights Tanning, Nail and Hair Salon Debra Waters business after 25 years. Sell- ing has always been a passion of Waters' and the family business as well. Her mother, Mary, was a realtor for 40 years. Licensed since 2005, Waters has been ac- tive as a Realtor and a member of the Women's Council of Realtors Sussex County Chapter. She is dedicated to bringing buyers and sellers together and has beerr very successful doing so. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding, swimming, biking and skiing. When not working, Sivils enjoys playing softball and fishing on the ocean. She has been married for 25 years and enjoys her five grandchildren and her two dogs.
