The session's format, curricu- lum and logistics are a critical part of the, program. The ses- sions must not only inform but must provide for the use and de- velopment of public speaking, critical thinking skills and lead- ership. This will be accom- plished through debates, project assignments and case studies. Sessions will also include leader- ship skill development such as networking, communicating, de- cision making and mediating. The sessions will utilize the lat- est in technology such as tele- conferencing and multimedia presentations that allow the par- ticipants to be aware of, experi- ence and potentially encourage the use of the latest advances.
