Holland joins Delaware Hospice as healthcare liaison Luanne Holland, a sales repre- sentative with Crest Office Products Inc. for several years, has announced her transition to a new career. Holland has taken on the duties of a healthcare liaison in the community education department of Delaware Hospice. She will work with nursin.g homes, assisted living facilities, and home health care agencies to inform them about the wide range of services arid benefits available to them through Delaware Hospice. "I am excited to become part of this wonderful organization and truly believe in its philosophy," said Holland. "I hope my experi- ence and ability to develop mutu- ally beneficial relationships for all involved -parties will help Delaware Hospice provide better service tO the community." Her job change took place Jan. 22, and Holland said the decision to leave behind her clients at Crest was a difficult one. "'Over the years, many of us have become good friends, and these relation- ships mean so much to me,;' she said. "I have made arrangements for an inside sales representative to be assigned to each of my accounts. This person will have the full support of the entire Crest team to ensure that they continue to receive the highest level of per- sonal attention and performance." As she moves on, Holland said, her former clients can continue to call the local telephone and fax numbers; they will be forwarded to the main office.
