Bellmoor, film society team for series Feb. 16-18 The Rehoboth Beach Film Society and The Bellmoor are partnering to present the Psychoanalytic Film Series with three days of films, discussion and complimentary food and bev- erages, Feb. 16-18. Delve into the. psychoanalytic aSpects of Krzysztof Kieslowski's Three Colors film trilogy, which explores the events and emotions that shape the choices each person makes in his or her life. Following each screening, a discussion will be facilitated by a faculty member of the Baltimore - Washington Institute of Psychoanalysis. All three facilitators are psy- choanalysts who have private addition to their fac- ulty positions at the institute, The scheduled activities for the holi- day weekend are as follows: All screenings will take place in the Sussex Room in The Bellmoor (2 Christian Street, Rehoboth Beach). For more information, visit or 'An American Songbook' to debutFeb, 18 at Lewes Yacht Club Doug Yetter, pianist, and Ken Skrzesz, baritone, will present "An American Songbook 2007" at the Lewes Yacht Club Sunday, Feb. 18. The evening includes a cocktail hour at 4 p.m. with cash bar, buffet dinner at 5:30 p.m. and the concert at 7 p.m. Only 100 tickets are available at this time. i Yetter and Skrzesz have per- formed "An American Songbook" concerts for seven years up and down the East Coast. The 2007 version features the music of Marvin Hamlisch ("A Chorus Line," "Sweet Smell of Success"), John Kander and Fred Ebb ("Cabaret," "Chicago"), Jason Robert Brown ("The Last Five Years," "Parade"), a medley of music currently on Broadway and a set of songs by Yetter and Skrzesz. The popularity of the concert is due to the musicianship and com- municative skills of the perform- ers aligned with the extraordinary wealth of the-repertoire of show and popular music created in America in the twentieth century. Audiences hear, sometimes for the first time, this music presented with as much energy dedicated to the dramatic structure of each song as to the music itself. Tickets are $65.
