Book II of Re- hoboth were united in marriage on Oct. 18, 1997, in Westminster Presbyterian Church, Rehoboth. The Rev. John W. Dean presided at the 7 p.m. ceremony. The bride's parents are Ralph and Debbie Mitchell of George- town. The parents of the groom are Robert and Linda Book of Re- hoboth. Maid of honor was friend of the bride Michelle Briggs of Georgetown. Bridesmaids included friends Julie Abbott of Georgetown and Tara Benton of Milford, Kristin Toomey of Georgetown and Colleen Hannum of Glenmore, Pa., were the flower girls. Serving as best man was friend of the groom Barry Benton of Milford. Assisting as ushers were friend Scan Manion of German- town, Md., and brother of the bride Ryan Mitchell of George- town. Following the ceremony, a wed- ding reception was held at the Re- hoboth Beach Yacht & Country Club. The bride is a 1991 graduate of Sussex Central High School and a 1996 graduate of Wilmington College. She is employed as an as- sistant manager at the Levi's Out- let store in Rehoboth. The groom graduated from Cape He-rilopen High School in 1988 and from the University of Delaware in 1996. He is employed by Sen. William Roth as a legisla- tive assistant.
