CAPE GAZETTE, Friday, February 3 - February 9, 1995 - 17 AARP offering elderly free tax preparation assistance The American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) tax counseling program for older per- sons will continue through April 15. Persons interested in getting assistance should call the location most convenient for them in order to arrange for an appointment. Taxpayers are urged to bring all forms, papers and other docu- ments necessary to complete the returns and asked to bring a copy of last year's returns as well. Counselors can assist by an- swering questions, reviewing re- turns prepared by the taxpayer or completing the return at the fol- lowing locations: Cape Henlopen Senior Center, Monday and Wednesday, 227- 2055; Lewes Senior Center, Mon- day and Wednesday, 645-9293; Indian River Senior Center, Mon- day and Thursday, 934-883.
