Steppin' Out Continued from page 28 late 1970s. Roger, who lives in Bethany Beach, is the bass player for Tisra Til. Cliff, of Rehoboth Beach, is the singer and guitarist. In addition to being a musician, Roger is a free-lance writer. He writes entertainment pieces for the Beachcomber and recently started writing a monthly column, "Sound Check," for Out and About magazine. Tisra Til performs at Irish Eyes every Wednesday, and will play at Arena's in Rehoboth Beach on Saturday, Feb. 5.
