CAPE GAZETIIg - Friday, February 8 - Monday, February 11, 2008 - 107 Delaware Tech offers life enrichment classes Life enrichment courses offered at Delaware Technical & Community College, Owens Campus will help students get in shape and develop new hobbies. Several fitness classes are being offered in February to improve health and lower stress. Diets Don't Work, Part 1, will be held from Feb. 18 to March 10, and focuses on the underlying causes of overeating. A combination of hi/lo, kick- boxing and step in Aerobic Mix will be held Feb. 26 to April 10. Participants will use weights, bands and bars to target trouble areas in Tone & Tuck from Feb. 26 to April 10. Children of all ages can partici- pate in specialized fitness activi- ties through the Kids on Campus Program. Bellydancing for Kids starts Feb. 9, while Horseback Riding for ages 8 to 14 begins Feb. 23, at an indoor riding ring in Seaford. Special-interest courses include Digital Camera Basics starting Feb. 13, and Succulent Shellfish Feb. 20. Only $114,900 Submitted photo Sussex Tech FFA participates in Polar Bear-Plunge As part of their community service project, several Sussex Technical High School FFA mem- bers participated in the 17th annual Polar Bear Plunge in Rehoboth Beach on Sunday, Feb. 3. The group donated almost $400 to support Special Olympics. Joining the fun were (back row, l-r) junior Amanda Sturgis, Greenwood; senior Heather Baker, Laurel; teacher G.L.
