Each course will provide 10 weeks of lectures, discussions, guest speakers and films to teach the listening skills, procedures, re- ferrals and more that are needed to be able to help a victim of sexual assault. At the Owens Campus in Georgetown, classes will start on March 6 and will end on Thurs- day, May 15. The classes are from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. The group will meet together with the Dover class in two Saturday sessions from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the CON- Affair of Heart Ball set Feb. 22 in Sussex The seventh annual Affair of the Heart Ball in Sussex County will be held on Saturday, Feb. 22 at the Seaford Country Club. "In the Heart of Mardi Gras" will feature cocktails, an auction, dinner and dancing beginning at 5:30 p.m. Several luxury items have been donated to the Sussex County American Heart Association to be sold to the highest bidder at the auction.
