Moore, president of the Delaware State Chamber of Com- merce. "We were looking to offer our members a bet- ter health care benefits package with more choices, greater flexibility, and superior services, and BCB- SD meets these needs," Moore stated. "It's a great partnership," said Chris Alrich, vice president of corporate marketing. "Delaware's largest chamber of commerce paired with Delaware's largest insurer. People in Delaware like to do business with people they know," Alrich added. "Our relationship in the business community has al- ways demonstrated that we are local and accessible."
