We have no shareholders or stockholders. We were developed to meet the needs of the Sussex County Community. Our excess revenues are used to promote our mission and stay in the community for the community. Our mission is to "provide excellent care in settings where residents and staff can thrive. WE ARE ACCOUNTABLE We are among one of the largest employers in Sussex County. with a large base of professionals dedicated and trained to provide housing, services, and healthcare to seniors. We have a long term commitment to Sussex County and the Lewes/Rehoboth area. We believe we have a role as a community leader and catalyst toward serving older adults. Cadbury at Lewes management provides local, state and national leadership in interests that affect older adults. WE ARE SERVING THE COMMUNITY (data for 2011) Cadbury at Lewes's total persons served: o o 136 apartment and cottage residents. - 44 Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. 171 individuals throughout the year in Skilled Care living. Cadbury at Lewes provided meaningful employment for 204 individuals in 2011. with a payroll of $4.582,652.09, much of which is spent in this area. Cadbury at Lewes residents and board members contributed 4.290 volunteer hours to the well being of the community. Cadbury at Lewes staff provided 1214 hours in community leadership, valued at $48,560. Cadbury at Lewes provided clinical and classroom space to train 974 employees for the community. Cadbury at Lewes residents donated 1400 pounds of food to the local Food Bank. Cadbury at Lewes recycled more than 35,000 pounds of recyclable material. Cadbury at Lewes offered $146.329 in uncompensated care. Cadbury at Lewes donated $303,907 worth of goods and services to the residents at Cadbury and the greater community. We thank the Sussex County community for the opportunities we've been given to serve and support.
