Town- houses are currently under construction on the property. Planners hear request for State Road property By Maggie Beetz The Rehoboth Beach Planning Commission is scheduled to hear a minor subdivision request, March 14, that came before the board once before. Planning Chairman Ron Pater- son said the only difference in this case is that townhouses are under construction on the property and one house, which could previous- ly be found at that intersection, has been demolished. A preliminary review will be held for a property at State Road and Canal Street to be divided in- to three lots of 47,362, 8,812 and 5,566 square feet. The request to divide the land and build 14 town- houses and two houses came be- fore the board about two years ago.
