38 - CAPE G ZETYE, Friday, March 11 - March 14, 2005 Henry J. Evans Jr. photo MUGS & Stitches relocates in Lewes MUGS & Stitches recently moved from Savannah Road to 114 Second St. in Lewes. The shop sells custom decorated ap- parel, photo mugs and other personalized items. Walt Palmer, co-owner of the shop, said the new location in what was Vessel's Hardware Store years ago works perfectly for his business. Palmer said he's done as little as possible to change the interior at the store in an effort to retain its pati- naed charm. "You can still see the old drawers labeled in pen- cil," he said of the rows of drawers that once held hardware items. Palmer said moving the store's unwieldy, computer- controlled embroidering machines to the new location was as simple as rolling them down the street.
