Movie times and listings are subject to change. • Hostage: Plagued by guilt from his previous job as a nego- tiator, a police officer (Bruce Willis) must negotiate the release of a mafia accountant as his own family is held captive by the mob. Rated R. • Robots: In a world populated with robots, a young prodigy wants to make robots capable of bettering the Earth. Animated, Features the voices of Ewan Mc- Gregor, Mel Brooks and Halle Berry. Rated PG-13. • The Passion Recut: Recut version of Mel Gibson's "The Passion of the Christ" recounting the last 12 hours in the life of Je- sus is trimmed to delete select vi- olent scenes. Not rated. • Cursed: Mourning the recent loss of their parents, an estranged brother and sister living in Los Angeles are brought together by a savage werewolf attack. Stars Christina Ricci, James Brolin, Portia De Rossi, Bambi Allen and Jesse Eisenberg. Rated PG-13. • The Pacifier: Vin Diesel is a Navy SEAL who, although pre- pared for some of the toughest du- ties in the world, has the unenvi- able task of protecting and babysitting five out-of-control children of an assassinated scien- tist. Rated PG. • Be Cool: A decade after "Get Shorty," John Travolta reprises his role in this comedy as former mob heavy Chili Palmer. Here, Chili has become disenchanted Piper Pinwheel (voieed by Amanda Bynes), Lug (Harlan Williams), Crank (Drew Carey) and Fender (Robin Will/ams) in "Robots." • Because of Winn-Dixie: Abandoned by her mother at age 3, a young girl moves to a small Florida town with her father, a preacher. While there she adopts a stray dog, whom she names af- ter the local supermarket. Stars Annasophia Robb, Jeff Daniels, Cicely Tyson and Dave Matthews (yes, the singer). Rated PG. • Man of the House: A Texas ranger (Tommy Lee Jones) is as- signed to protect a group of Uni- versity of Texas cheerleaders, the only witnesses to the murder of a key figure in the prosecution of a drug kingpin. Rated PG-13. • Constantine: Supernatural detective Keanu Reeves, playing in another fibercreepy movie, teams with policewoman Rachel Weisz ("About A Boy," "The Mummy") to solve the mysterious suicide of her twin sister. Rated R. • Hitch: Will Smith, AKA pro- fessional matchmaker Hitch, finds his match in Eva Mendes, a journalist planning an expos6 about his methods. Also stars Kevin James. Rated PG-13. romp on an adventure outside the Hundred Acre Wood. Rated G. • Sideways: A divorced mid- die-school teacher and failed nov- elist and his soon-to-be-married friend take a trip to California's wine country. As their bumbling journey wends its way through fine vineyards, the pair ponders life's questions. Rated PG-13. • Milfion Dollar Baby: In the wake of a painful estrangement from his daughter, boxing trainer Frankie Duma has been unwilling to let himself get close to anyone for a very long time - then Maggie Fitzgerald walks into his gym. Stars Hilary Swank, Morgan Freeman and Clint Eastwood. Rated PG- 13. • Meet The Fockers: The long-awaited sequel to "Meet the Parents" reunites Teri Polo, Ben Stiller, Robert DeNiro and Blythe Danner. New future in-laws Dustin Hoffman and Barbra Streisand are sure to mix things up on their side, too. Rated PG-13. • The Aviator: A biopic depict- ing the early years of legendary director and aviator Howard Hughes" career. Stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Cate Blanchett. Rated PG- 13. • The Wedding Date: "Will and Grace" star Debra Messing refuses to return to her parent's London home without a date to her sister's wedding. She enlists the help of a male escort (Dermot Mulroney of "My Best Friend's Wedding" fame) to pretend to be her boyfriend when she is forced to re-encounter her ex-fianc. Rated PG- 13. • National Treasure: Nicolas Cage's birthright is to search for an unlikely treasure - One that is hidden bythe founding fathers. Rated PG. • The Incredibles: Oscar-win- ning animated film about what happens when all the world's su- perheroes retire. Rated PG. • In Good Company: From the director of "About A Boy," film features Topher Grace ("That 70s Show") as Dennis Quaid's boss.
