CAPE GAZETI, Friday, March 27 - April 2, 1998 - 55 Elsie Guenther, formerly of Philadelphia, says without any hesitation of her new residence at Plantations, '1 love my home!" "My sister, her husband and I started looking for a place to retire. We searched diligently from Maryland to North Carolina. When we met some- one on the ferry who really enjoyed living in Lewes, we started to look here. "We made an industrious search before my sis- ter and her husband found their home in Lewes. But I had wanted to build my own dream home. "That's when I found Plantations and its builder, Country Life Homes. "Plantations is such a lovely place to live. And everyone at Country Life -- from the receptionists to the sales people to the construction supervisor -- was so easy to work with, it made the building experience fun. "My home was built exactly the way I wanted it: Living room large and open, master bedroom private, on one side of the house, guest bedrooms on the other; my kitchen space large, airy and easy to work in. 'Tm so happy to have exactly what I wanted. Often, as I go to bed and see the leaves fluttering outside my window, I feel so blessed to be here. "You, too, can have the home you want. Come to Plantations and see how easy it can be." I Prices start at $113,500. For information, call 302.645.2727 or 800.777.1530. I IFrorn Route One in Lewes, turn west at the Midway] .......
