Vacancies exist for two (2) Council Seats, each for a two (2) year term. Persons interested in becoming candidates for the election must file with the City Manager a letter indicating his/her desire to become a candidate, not earlier than February 1, 1997 and prior to April 3, 1997 during regular business hours.
