Old Timer's Days set for Selbyville on April 17-19 The Selbyville Chamber of Commerce has announced the schedule for the 41st Old Timer's Days Celebration which will be held this year from April 17-19 in the downtown area at Church and Main Streets. On Thursday, April 19, the Sel- byville Library will hold a lun- cheon, booksale and white ele- phant sale on the library's porch on Main Street. Saturday's events kick off with a 5K run at 9 a.m., followed by a huge auction at 10 a.m. to benefit the Chamber and Rotary Club. At noon, the fLrSt annual Pet Parade, sponsored by Animal Health Sales and Buckeye Dog Food will take place at Church and Main Streets. Prizes, awards and ribbons will be given in all categories. Pet owners may register on the day of the event. A performance by Mid Coast Gymnastics will be given at 1 p.m. and the band Steelin' Time will give a free concert, sponsored by Mountaire Farms, at 3 p.m. Other events throtighout the day will include pony tides, horse and carriage rides, oxen covered wag- on tides, crafters, flea markets and yard sales at various locations in the town and a 50/50 drawing. Old Timer's Days will again feature a wide variety of food ven- dors and carnival rides will be of. fered during all three days of the celebration.
