George W. Fisher Sr. is pastor, will be celebrating its annual revival, Breaking the Chains that Bind, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., Friday, April 5; and 5 to 6:30 p.m., Saturday April 6. The speaker will be the Rev. Ron Houston of St. John Second Baptist Church, Millsboro. Lewes Presbyterian Church to host rummage sale The annual Lewes Presbyterian Church Rummage Sale will take place Friday and Saturday, April 5-6, at 133 Kings Highway, Lewes. The sale continues 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday, April 5. Bag day will be 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, April 6. All monies from this sale are given to the life and work of the church. Healing and transformation workshop April 6 The Rev. Donna McEntee and psychologist Dr. Judith Pierson will offer a workshop, From Cocoon to Butterfly: Soul Food for Healing and Transformation, from noon to 4 p.m., Saturday, April 6. This workshop will provide an afternoon of nurturing, creative and ex- ploratory activities for shaping a self that is dynamic and filled with peaceful, loving energy. Those who attend will engage in activities meant to feel the soul; develop a more loving internal voice; play, cre- ate and open a door into their heart; and get tips for leading a dynamic and rewarding life. The workshop will be held at the Cordrey Center in Millsboro. The cost of the workshop, which includes materials and snacks, is $55. Cross Veneration to be held April 7 at St. Andrew The Eastern Orthodox conmmnity of Saint Andrew commemorates the Cross of Christ with a Cross Veneration at 9:30 a.m., Sunday, April 7, the third Sunday in the Great Fast. The cross, decorated with flow .ers, is brought forth into the congregation with the call to humility and fasting. The service will be held at the church's new location, 33384 MacKenzie Way, Lewes. They also work for the good of the Earth and its people as they can. The Rev. D. Michael Smith presents the annual Sermon on the Amount, talking about the particular stewardship of pledging financially. Unitarians to host songwriter Roy Zimmerman "It's a big, big country full of all kinds of people," says satirical songwriter Roy Zimmerman, "but there's one thing we can all agree on.
