A new store, Blooming Boutique Too, will open in April in Rehoboth Beach; it will be a jewelry store for both women and men and is located next to Blooming Boutique. Lewes Wear, 109 Savannah Road, is next to Striper Bites. Store hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will extend to include eve- ning hours in the summer.
