7O Arts & Entertainment, FRIDAY, APRIL 16 - MONDAY, APRIL 19, 2010 Cape Gazette Lewes Canalfront Park open house in-bloom Open house part of city's first Tulip Fest The Friends of Lewes Canal- front Park will host an open house from 10 am. to 4 p.m., Sat- urday, April 24, as part of the citywide first annual Lewes Tulip Festival. All residents, friends and visitors are invited to participate in the activities that will take place at the Net House park office at 211 Front St. The Friends organization en- courages participation by the community in an event that will provide fun, prizes and an im- portant opportunity to share what sorts of activities and events are most desired in the park. Visitors will see site photos and historical exhibits, enjoy tulip cookies prepared by Lewes Bake Shoppe, be eligible to win one of two gift baskets and cast a vote for future Lewes C; mlfront Park activities. "LCP - H aw'd We Get So Lucky?" button,, will be available for all guests.
