Lucas Iris Prager of IVlilton traveled tO Cabo San Lucas in the dead of winter to enjoy the sunshine and beaches there. She sent this photograph to prove that she also took along some stimulat- ing reading material. Cabo San Lucas is at the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula in Mexico and is known for its beaches, scuba diving locations, balnearios, the sea arch E1 Arco de Cabo San Lucas, and marine'life. The Los Cabos Corridor has become a heavily trafficked holiday des- dnation for tourists, with numerous resorts and timeshares along the coast between Cabo San Lucas and San Jos6 del Cabo. Archaeological evidence indicates that people have been enjoying Cabo for at least 10,000 years. That's only 9,980 more years than people have been enjoying the Cape Gazette. * Share your adventures with fellow Cape Gazette readers!
