Presented by the Family Life Ministries of Bethel Church, Hall will speak in Fellowship Hall be- ginning at 7 p.m. The public is invited to at- tend. Hall, who has won sev- eral world weightlifting championships without the benefit of muscle-building steroids, credits his Christ- ian upbringing for much of his success and will share his views in that realm with the audience. "Being drug-free is being a special breed,  Hall says in one of his brochures. "Teenagers do not have to take drugs to realize it is wrong. The best prevention is to never start. Hours are 6:30 to 9 p.m., Friday; 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday, and 1 to 5 p.m., Sun- day. The show features more than 60 local busi- nesses and organizations in the gym, as well as arts and crafts in the cafeteria. All proceeds are used to support the club's numerous civic activities. Special events include country line dancers on Friday evening, with a magic show in the auditorium at 1 p.m., Saturday. The annual Miss Seaford and Little Miss Seaford pageants will take place from 6 to 9 p.m., Saturday. Mrs. Seaford, Christine Jones, will appear on Sunday, and Gilpin Mortgage Corp. will of- fer a mortgage seminar from 2 to 3 p.m. that day. Bob Clarke, a member of the club who draws for MAD magazine, will draw carica- tures during the show, with times to be an- nounced. Door prizes will be awarded every 15 min- utes throughout the three days and admission is free. Donations will be accepted to help the Kiwanis with their commitment to the Greater Western Sussex Boys and Girls Clubs efforts. The club will have an information booth ask- ing for donations to fight Iodine Deficiency Syndrome, which is a Kiwanis International Major Emphasis Project in 1995. The Ki-Wives will offer refreshments and the Seaford Volunteer Fire Department will give fn'e engine rides. In conjunction with this show, the fourth annual Family Expo and Country Fair will be held at the Seaford Mid- die School, with shuttle available between the two schools. The expo is sponsored by the Seaford Kiwanis, the Seaford Department of Parks and Recreation and the Community Pre- vention Office/Delaware Prevention Network. Expo hours are noon to 5 p.m., Saturday, and I to 5 p.m., Sunday, and will feature booths aimed at family entertainment, activities and services, as well as demonstrations. The Country Fair follows the same format as the Delaware State Fair, offering ribbons in a vari- ety of categories, from photography to cook- ing.
