Mem- bers will join forces with Joe Jaszemski, an Eagle Scout can- didate in Boy Scout Troop 85 sponsored by the Rehoboth Beach Kiwanis Club. A 16-year-old sophomore at Sussex Cen- tral High School, Jaszemski has completed all of his scouting badges and is pursuing his Eagle Scout status. That project will include at least 80 hours of total work by Jaszemski and others working under his direction. "We want to get the park cleaned up considerably and make it a nice relaxing place to spend some time," said Jaszemski as he initiated the project on April 25. Maintenance of the city-owned park has been an ongoing project of Sussex Gardeners since 1983.
