Pam's Tans opens second location in Rehoboth
Pam's Tans Inc., which continues to operate in its original location at Lewes Plaza on Sa-
vannah Road, is now also open Yor business in the Quillen Centre, on Rohoboth Avenue, Ex-
tended, according to owner Pam Conner. The Rehoboth location features four beds, with two
more on the way, all furnished with strong Cosmetico bulbs. (Two beds are also being added
at the Lewes location.) With low rates, packages can be used at either the Lewes or Rohoboth
salon. Pam's Tans also offers manicures and pedicures by Ginny Pettit, by appointment, and
sells Beauticontrol products, similar to top-of-the-line department store cosmetics, except for

will host "Choice of Entity Deter-
mination for Small Business
Owners," Wednesday, May 6, at 2
p.m. This program, which will be
broadcast via satellite, is produced
by the Edward Jones Professional
Education Network for CPAs and
attorneys, and is cosponsored by
the American Bar Association
General Practice, solo and small
firm section.

guidance when deciding whether
to operate their business as an
LLC, C corporation, S corpora-
tion, partnership or some other
type of entity. Practitioners must
be able to answer questions re-
garding personal liability of own-
ers, fringe benefits, and retirement
plans, management alternatives
and taxes. This program will help
practitioners guide clients through
the entity options," Egeln said.
Discussion topics will include
considerations a small-business
owner should take into account
when selecting a form of doing
business, the entity's alternatives
and see how they work, relative
advantages and disadvantages of
each entity and more.

Delaware chapter of SCORE, the Service Corps of Retired Execu-
tives, will conduct a workshop on Basic Accounting and Record Keep-
ing for Small Businesses on Wednesday, May 20, from 6:30 to 9:30
p.m., at the Delaware Technical & Community College campus in
