WHEREAS, the University of Delaware, the sole owner I in the UN-University or I College District, has I requested the Mayor and Council to consider addition- al uses to be permitted in said zoning district; WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council deem it important to consider such a request; and WHEREAS, 22 De1.
