Bids containing dual prices for one meal type that are tied to a sponsor's ultimate level of meal service will be rejected. Contrac- tors submitting bids must be reg- istered in the state of Delaware to participate in the Summer Food Service Program. These meals are to be served to children in the Summer Food Ser- vice Program. Delivery is to be made as per bid specifications and contract, Specifications and contract may be obtained as of May 1, 2003 from Priscilla Paxson, secretary at the B&GCD Southern Adminis- tration Office, at 302-674-3313. All sealed bids should be marked clearly on the outside envelope, "Summer Food Service Program Bid", along with a sample lunch menu. For Kent County the sealed bid and sample lunch should be re- ceived no later than 9 a.m., May 15 at the Southern Administration Office of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware, 120 N. State Street, #90, Dover, DE 19901, Attn: Suchi Hiraesave. Bids will be opened at that time in the South- ern Administration Office located in Bud Hall, North Bradford Street, Wesley College.
