Lewes chamber looking for
garden contest entries
The Garden Tour Committee of
the Lewes Chamber of Commerce
is soliciting entries from business-
es to participate in its Container
Garden Contest. The competition
for "Best Container Garden" will
be judged by four horticultural
professionals who will be in
Lewes to judge the Idea Gardens.
The winner will receive a wood-
en planter box with a seventh an-
nual Zwaanendael Heritage Gar-
den Tour commemorative plaque
affixed to it. It's $5 to enter, and
registrations will be accepted at
the chamber office.
