DuPont Hwy. The State of Delaware offers a variety of incentives designed to attract and retain business in Delaware. Among those incen- tives are tax credits to manufac- turers and other targeted indus- tries that make a minimum quali- fied investment of $200,000 and hire a minimum of five new em- ployees. These credits are applied each year for 10 years and are de- signed to promote job creation and investment. The morning session will be led by Dan McNulty, Senior Business Development Specialist for the Delaware Economic Develop- ment Office (DEDO). McNulty is a 13-year veteran of DEDO, spe- cializing in promoting economic development for the state. He is an expert in the area of incentives including tax credits. The event is the first in a series of sessions devised by DEMEP and the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce on important topics specific to manufacturers. Admis- sion is $20 per person and break- fast will be provided. Registration is required and seating is limited.
