Chesapeake Utilities lists quarterly dividend At their annual meeting held May 20, the board of directors of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation declared a regular cash dividend of $.0275 per share on the compa- ny's common stock. The dividend is payable July 7 to all sharehold- ers of record at the close of busi- ness June 12. Chesapeake has paid a cash dividend to common stock share- holders for 42 consecutive years.
