4:,? 56 - CAPE GAZETTE, Friday, June 9 - June 15, 1995 Mbright, Hitz cruise to wins in County Bank Girl Scout 5K Kids turn out for Hershey meet Eric Albright captured his sec- ond race of the Seashore Strider Series last Sunday morning with an easy victory in the County Bank Girl Scout 5K held at Grove Park in Rehoboth Beach. Ginny Hitz, better known for her triathlon competitions, won the women's rifle in a time of 20:45.8, while Albright was timed in 16:15.1. "I felt real ired today and just took it easy the last mile," com- mented Albright following the event. Proceeds from the race are go- ing to Girl Scout Troop 172, which is hoping to raise enough money to be able to visit Disney World in Florida later this sum- mer. Paul Dawson, up from Clem- son, S.C., continues to be a force on the road as he captured the Masters in a time of 16:52.0, while Sue Sherwood won the fe- male masters in a time of 23:44.8.
