Dover Mall to feature live Richard Simmons program Dover Mall will entertain and educate customers July 10-12, with the mall's program, Richard Simmons Health and Wellness Weekend. Richard Simmons, a popular purveyor of fitness books, videos and television programs, is world renowned for his "Sweatin' to the Oldies" videos and appearances on network television shows.
