Davis is an accredited buyers representative, senior real estate specialist, re- sort and sec- ond-home property spe- cialist who completed the Institute of Re- al Estate Man- agement's Managing Bill Davis Small Business Properties pro- gram, ERS Top Gun Academy, Realtor University's E-Buyer and 1031 Exchanges. He previously worked at ERA and EXIT Re- alty, where he ranked third in closed seller units, third in closed seller volume and fifth in closed buyer units for the region. He Laura James is experienced in short sales and has worked in all aspects of construction from reading blue- prints to fmal walk-throughs as an employee andan owner. Davis worked as an electronics technician when he served in the Navy. The award recog- nizes those who provide inspira- tional service to people with dis- abilities. After relocating to Lewes, she worked as a sales associate for Boines Beach Homes, a custom modular-home builder, for five years.
