Glen Riddle Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants in Berlin, Md. The developer, Centex Homes, will turn the treat- ment plants over to Worcester County, Md., for operation and ownership. GMB presented Centex Homes and Worcester County with .the award, June 9, in front of the wastewater treatmentplant.
