BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING NOTICE. The Board of Adjustment for the City of Lewes will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter, that the application may be heard at Lewes Public Library, 11 Adams Street, Lewes, Delaware upon the matter of a request by Mr. Tim Panger owner of 358/360 Chestnut Street, Lewes, Delaware (Sussex County Tax Map 3-35 8.07 171) for a variance from the height restriction of 30.5 feet. The property is located within the Old Town District (OT). According to a letter from Robert R. Rykeil of Coast Survey, dated April 16, 2008, the peak of the new roof is now approximately 32.1 feet about the .center of Chestnut Street, which exceeds the maximum height of 30.5 feet.
