Cape Region groups receive community foundation grants The Rehoboth Beach Public Li- brary, Millsboro Housing for Progress, and ANKH Inc. in Georgetown were among 18 Delaware organizations that were awarded grants for capital im- provements by the Delaware Community Foundation. The Rehoboth Beach library was awarded $5,000 to assist in its expansion and renovation. The added space will increase adult, youth and children's programs and allow for community meet- ings. Millsboro Housing for Progress received $2,000 to assist in the purchase of computer equipment and encyclopedia software for the Community Learning Center at Millsboro Village. ANKH Inc. in Georgetown re- ceived $10,000 to partially fund the renovation of Houston Hall, the state's only "three-quarter" house. ANKH is a statewide Kelleher manager Bette Gallo has announced the appointment of H. James Kelleher Jr. of Newark to sales manager of Prudential Gallo Realtors. Gallo said Kelleher brings years of experience and knowl- edge to his new post. Kelleher has been a Realtor for 26 years with Patterson- KEI.aHER Schwartz, Wilmington. He was appointed by Gov. Mike Castle in 1992 and reappointed by Gov. Tom Carper in 1996 to the Delaware Real Es- tate Commission and is still an ac- tive member. Kelleher managed a 50-person office for Patterson-Schwartz. He is past president of the Delaware Association of Realtors and the New Castle County Board of Re- altors and Delaware Association of Realtors. He is a graduate of Archmere Academy, Claymont, and of Kings College in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.
