66 - CAPE GAZETTE, Friday, July 11 - July 17, 1997 Beach and Bay C0ttage Tour slated July 23-24 Ten Bethany-Eenwick area resi- dences will open their doors on July 23 and July 24 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for the sixth annual Beach and Bay Tour. Sponsored by the Friends of the South Coastal Library, the tour will include homes in Breakwater Beach, Gull's Nest, Sussex Shores, Salt Pond, Quillen's Point, Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island and Keenwick. Tickets are $15. The following homes are in- cluded in this year's tour: 27 Kel- ly Drive, Breakwater Beach; 30 Kelly ]grive, Breakwater Beach; 15 Surfside Drive, Gull's Nest; 6 Dukes Road, Sussex Shores; Has- sell Avenue Extended, BayView Park; 215 Pond View Drive, The Salt Pond; 502 Cove Court, Quillen's Point; 610 8th Street; 21 W. South Carolina Ave., Fenwick Island; and t2 Rumbley Marsh, Keenwick Due to the overwhelming popu- larity of the tour in recent years, the tour committee has decided to limit the number of tickets sold. They will also be sold on tour days at participat- ing houses. The .annual raffle for "Dinner for Two" is already in progress, and tickets are for sale at the South Coastal Library. Participat- ing restaurants this year are Nan- tucket's, Mancini's, Sedona, Tom & Terry's, DiFebo's and Magno- lia's. Winning tickets will be drawn following the tour on July 24. Lunch will be available at local restaurants, some of which will be offering tour specials. The Cottage Tour is the major fund-raising event for the Friends of the South Coastal Library.
