The Draft Policy provides a combination of regulatory and administrative actions that will help determine how and where connections are made between land developments and the transportation system• The Draft Policy does not seek to limit access. Instead, it seeks to manage how appropriate access is provided to transportation infrastructure. v Beginning July 16, 1997 the Draft Policy will be available in libraries and municipal offices throughout the State.
