Foulke graduates with distinction
Ray Foulke IV of Lewes, a 1993 graduate of Cape Henlopen
High School, graduated from University of Delaware in June
of 1999 with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree
With Distinction. Foulke was also notified this spring that
he had been selected to receive the Department of Engineer-
ing's Outstanding Senior Award. Foulke, right, is shown
here receiving his degree. Foulke, who has moved to the
west coast for graduate studies at Stanford and to seek his
fortune, is the son of Karen Hefke of Lewes.
