School of Arts posts honor roll The Southern Delaware School of the Arts has announced its hon- or rolls for the first and second marking period. Foulke was also notified this spring that he had been selected to receive the Department of Engineer- ing's Outstanding Senior Award. Foulke, right, is shown here receiving his degree.
