The new appointees are Sussex Coun- tians Amy A. Higgins, Greg N. Johnson and Dr. Vincent B. Killeen. Higgins is a lifelong Sussex Countian and is vice president of marketing for Sussex Printing Cor- poration. Sussex Print- ing, a family- owned pub- lishing com- pany located in Seaford, was founded HIGGINS in 1959 and is most noted for its publication of "The Guide." Higgins is a mem- ber of St. John's Methodist Church and is active in the Nanti- coke chapter of Ducks Unlimited, the Seaford Historical and Muse- um Society, as well as the cham- bers of commerce of Seaford and Millsboro. She resides in Seaford with her husband, Ed, and two children. Johnson is a native of Sussex County who began his career in the insurance business as a field repre- sentative in 1977 for a Pennsylva- nia-based company. He is now co- owner and chief operat- JOHNSON ing officer of Fowler & Williams/The Insurance Market. The agency is owned equally by its partners and has branches in Laurel and Georgetown. Johnson serves as vice president of the Delaware Professional Insurance Agents, where is also a member of Live committees. He also serves as the director of governmental af- fairs for Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania and as joint chair- man for the Delaware Legislative Committee. He is active in many civic organizations, such as the Seaford Rotary Club, where he was instrumental in the establish- ment of the Seaford Rotary House, a transitional housing shelter. Killeen, originally from Massa- chusetts, lives in Lewes with his family. He is president of Bayside Health Asso- ciation, with offices in Lewes, Georgetown, Milford and Ocean View. Killeen re- ceived his de- gree from the Georgetown KILLEEN University School of Medicine in 1981. He was chief resident in obstet- rics at Georgetown University Hospital before coming to Delaware, and was the recipient of the Hugh Hussey teaching award for his work at Georgetown Uni- versity Hospital, as well as the Outstanding Clinical Instructor honor from the university in 1985. He was named as one of the top OB/GYN physicians by "Delaware Today" magazine in 1997. Kiileen is active in many professional Organizations, having been appointed to the Governor's Task Force on Infant Mortality, the Delaware Perinatai Board Subcommittee on Quality of Care and the Medical Society of Delaware. Delaware National Bank is a community bank headquartered in Georgetown, with five offices in Sussex County.
