Ruth Ann Minner have pro- claimed Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 12 and 13, as Sussex County Stamp Days, in conjunction with the seventh annual Sussex County Stamp Show and Bourse that will be held at the Long Neck Elemen- tary School, Long Neck. The show will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m,, Saturday, and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday. This year's theme is the bicen- tennial of the sinking of the brig HMS DeBraak off Cape Hen- lopen. Included will be a display from the Zwaanendael Museum. The show is free; and free be- ginning stamp packages for those under 14 will be given out. There will also be drawings for various prizes.
