30 - CAPE GAZETTE, Friday, August 20 - August 26, 1993 ,Bandstand The following is a schedule of performances at the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand (all programs begin at 8 p.m. unless otherwise noted): • Friday, August 20: Bobbette Show Troupe. • Saturday, August 21: The Jazz Ambassadors of the U.S. Army Field Band. • Sunday, August 22: The Ser- enaders - Walt Wagner; Miss Delaware send-off. • Friday, August 27: Diamond State Twirlers and Stoney Creek Cloggers. Resort bar crawl slated August 28th The Second Annual Rehoboth Beach Bar Crawl is set for Satur- day, August 28. The event will help raise food for Casa San Fran- cisco and money for the Rehoboth Beach Beautification Project. Organizers hope to collect enough food to fill the pantry at Casa San Francisco and raise enough money to purchase equip- ment for a park near Silver Lake. Casa San Francisco, in Milton, works with low-income families, provides meals for senior citizens and staffs a 12-bed shelter. Registration for the Crawl will be held at Schultze's on Delaware Avenue from 2-7 p.m. on the day of the event. Crawlers will pay an entrance fee of $7 and two cans of food, or $10 with no food. Each entrant will be given a 16-ounce plastic cup, a wristband and a map of one of five different routes. A Finale Party will be held at the Sand Bar. Participating bars are Arena's on the Boards; Arena's on the Avenue; Country Squire; Frogg Pond; Philadelphia Mike's, Sand Bar; Schultze's and Sir Guy's. Bars participating until 6 p.m. are the Front page; Obie's; Tijuana Taxi and Twigs. Rat- ed R. • Heart and Souls: Comedy about a quartet of souls who leave their mortal coils during a bus wreck and attach themselves to a living human on the night he's born. Stars Robert Downey Jr. Charles Grodin, Kyra Sedgwick and Tom Sizemore. Rated PG-13. • Jason Goes To Hell: The Final Friday: The murderous and seemingly unstoppable Jason Voorhees, the central character in Paramount's "Friday the 13th" movie series, wanders away from his original studio for the first time in this ninth installment of the hor- ror series. Rated PG- 13. • The Firm: An ambitious Havard Law School graduate (Tom Cruise) joins a Memphis law fh'm as a tax attorney, only to learn that the fLrm is a front for the Chicago Mafia. Based on the best-selling novel by John Grisham, The Firm also stars Gene Hackman, Hal Holbrook, Ed Harris, Jeanne Tripplehorn and Wilford Brimley. Rated R. • Rising Sun: Murder mystery about two Los Angeles detectives investigating the murder of a young woman whose body was found in the offices of a large Japanese corporation. Based on the novel by Michael Crichton, the movie stars Scan Connery and Wesley Snipes. Rated R. • Robin Hood: Men in Tights: Writer-director Mel Brooks, who years ago lampooned the Robin Hood legend with the short-lived TV sitcom "When Things Were Rotten," returns to Sherwood Forest for this feature film spoof. Stars Cary Elwes as Robin Hood and Richard Lewis as Prince John. Rated PG-13. • Sleepless in Seattle: A small boy seeks to help his widowed dad find a new wife. Stars Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan, as well as Rob Reiner and Rosie O'Donnell. Rat- ed PG. • Jurassic Park: A futuristic thriller about genetic engineers who use the blood inside a well- preserved prehistoric mosquito to clone dinosaurs to inhabit a theme park.
