August 26,1993 - 37 Delaware National Bank OKs dividends The Board of Directors of Delaware National Bankshares Corp., approved the payment of a $.50 per share dividend to its shareholders on September 15, 1993. Record date for the dividend is August 12, 1993. Paul H. Mylander, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated that the Corporation has posted record earnings for the past eighteen months. He attributed the outstanding results to the earnings of the Corporation's largest subsidiary, Delaware National Bank. Delaware National Bank is an independent community bank head- quartered in Georgetown. The 85 million dollar bank has branches in Georgetown, Laurel, Rehoboth Beach, Ocean View and Fenwick Island in Sussex County, and at Linden Hill in the Pike Creek Valley in New Castle County.
