Edna Russell, Millsboro centenarian Edna Russell, age 101, of Mills- bore, died Sunday, Aug. 24, 1997 of congestive heart failure in Har- bor Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, Lewes. Mrs. Russell was a homemaker. She was a member of the New Castle United Methodist Church in New Castle. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph G Russell. in 1966 and a son, Joseph F. Russell. She is survived by two sons, James R. of Ocean View and William E. Rossell of Millsboro; nine grandchildren; 10 great- grandchildren; and five great- great grandchildren. Services were held in the Glebe Cemetery, New Castle. Contribu- tions are suggested to Harbor Healthcare Activities Department, 301 Ocean View Blvd., Lewes, DE 19958. Phyllis B. Green, Wilmington secretary Phyllis B. Green, age 76, of Wilmington Manor, died Thurs- day, Aug. 21, 1997 at home. Mrs. Green had worked at S.S. Kresge Co., was a secretary for the New Castle Board of Realtors. She was a consultant for Home In-. teriors, Inc., and a floral arranger. Tumbusch, retired plastic surgeon Dr. Wilfred t. Tumbusch, age 80, of Lewes, died Tuesday, Aug. 26, 1997 of respiratory failure. A U.S. Army veteran, he was a doctor of medicine specializing in plastic surgery, retiring in 1973 as a colonel after 30 years. He also served as medical director at the Western Maryland Center. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Lillian M. Tumbusch; a daughter, Anne E. Hayes of Bru- ington, Va.; two sons, Richard E. of Pennsville, N.J. and Wilfred T. of Lake Mead, Pa.; and four grandchildren.
