A second agenda item is to review the proliferation of towels and other items sL=en hanging on NOTICE NOTIC m PROPOSED EXPANSION TO THE WEST REHOBOTH EXPANSION OF THE DEWEY BEACH SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sussex County Council voted on August 3, 1999 to consider extending the West Rehoboth expansion of the Dewey Beach Sanitary Sewer District (WRX) to include the Heritage Golf Course and ediacant Sands, being situate in Lewas-Rehobeth Hundred, Sussex County, Delaware. This action is in conformity with 9 DeLC. #6502. A descriptien of the area, which is contiguous to and to be added to the WRX is described as follows Beginning at a point on the southerly right of way (ROW) of County Road (C.R.) 283, said point also being the westernmost property comer of lands now or formerly (N/F) of Robert O. Clendaniel; thence proceeding in a straight line in a northwasterly direction a distance of 25 feet to a point, said point being on the WRX boundary; thence proceeding by and with said boundary in a northeasterly, southeasterly, southwastefly, southeaste, and southwesterly direction, respectively, a distance of 5187 feet to a concrete monument, said monument being the westernmost property corner of Maplewocd Subdivision, said monument also being the easternmost property cor- ner of lands N/F of Blanche A. Warrington; thence proceeding by and with said Warrington lands North 40' 19'00: West a distance of 2074.80 feet to a point, said point being the southeastemmost property comer of other lands N/F of Blanche A Warrington; thence proceeding in a southwesterly direction a distance of 727 feet with previ- ous said lands N/F of Blanche A. The proposed expansion of the WRX is within these boundaries.
